verything we do at Smile Studio, Saladaeng / Silom is to the best of our ability. We are careful, diligent and slow. We put a lot of effort in ensuring that the precision we are working to is as fine as it can be. Every procedure we do has been backed up by a large body of dental research and is known to be an effective, safe, reliable and durable choice of treatment. We give a guarantee on all dental work, equal to or better than established international standards.Despite all of the above and with the best will in the world, treatments very occasionally do not last as long as they should do or require updating for other reasons. For this reason we GUARANTEE our work. We believe this is appropriate and make this promise as part of our Value Certified Five Star Service commitment to professional excellence. Our guarantee sets a new standard of quality for the dental profession and assures you of the finest personal care available. The treatment recommended by us for your oral health depends on individual condition. As a result, each treatment will be carefully customized after thorough diagnosis. It is imperative that you continue home care of your teeth and gums in addition to scheduling your routine dental cleaning and professional exams as recommended by our office. At this point, let us remind you that the final ownership of your oral health rests on you. Long-term success of our caring treatment greatly depends on how sensitive you are to your oral health.

The guarantee covers our time and the cost of any necessary materials. It does not cover the cost of travel, accommodation nor any consequential losses that may be incurred. The Guarantee periods for dental work as follow:

Crowns / Bridges Porcelain Veneers	We will replace or repair the same type at no extra charge to you during these 3 years.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum 6 months) for routine professional exam, X-rays and Cleaning at our dental offices or your local dental offices.
Composite Fillings. (Tooth Colored)	If the composite restoration fails, we will replace or repair it for the period of 2 years from the placement date.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum 6 months) for routine professional exam, X-rays and Cleaning at our dental offices or your local dental offices.
Dentures and Partial Dentures	We will repair dentures and partials for a period of 3 years from the placement date, if a tooth chips, breaks or flange breaks under normal use. This warranty will not apply to any accidents and dropping your dentures.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum 12 months) at our dental offices or your local dental offices. Patients with some of their own natural teeth must be seen at the prescribed recall appointments at our dental offices or your local dental offices. (Minimum 6 months) for routine professional exam, X-rays and Cleaning.
Dental Implants	We will replace or repair the same type of titanium implant fixtures at no extra charge to you during these 5 years. We will replace or repair the same type of any implant prosthetics at no extra charge to you during these 3 years.	You must keep the prescribed regular recall appointments (minimum 6 months) for routine professional exam, X-rays and Cleaning at our dental offices or your local dental offices.

DISCLAIMER AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY LIMITED DENTAL WARRANTY:

If our instructions are not followed properly
If oral hygiene is neglected
If you fail to present for an annual control examination
Temporary Restorations
If you have gum or periodontal disease for which we have not provided the gum treatment.
If an illness is present, which has an unfavorable effects on the mouth (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
Injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party
If the denture is not used properly
Unforeseen root canal treatment
The gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally declining
Refund is not part of what we guarantee. To invoke the guarantee you must contact our clinics immediately and before taking any other action. We do not reimburse overseas dental expenses made by other dentists back home post treatment nor do we reimburse travel and accommodation expenses traveling back for our warranty claims.
We do not take responsibility for prior or continual dental works done by your dentists back home. The local warranty also does not cover damage of dental works caused by or related to other dentists work done post treatment.
